What's Included?
When you sign up, we will schedule an appointment to clean up your computer, brining it back to top form, then protect it to prevent any future infections from spyware, adware or viruses.
Afterwards, should any problem occur with the computer covered under Total Support, we come out and fix it with no additional labor charges. You will also receive a 15% discount off our normal rates for any additional support services (such as training, upgrades, and more).
A full system cleanup at your home, where we do the following:

Evaluate the current state of your computer

Remove any viruses, adware, or spyware that may be infecting your system

Fix any other software or hardware problems

Perform software upgrades and any other necessary upgrades

Protect your system with current anti-virus and anti-adware software, and ensure a firewall is in place

Work with you to develop and implement a data backup strategy that works for you
